Homes Consultants thoroughly screens candidates by phone before an interview is scheduled. During a face to face interview we conduct a detailed review of all the candidate's skills and experience including an assessment of career goals and aspirations - both long and short term.

A signed declaration detailing information on education, professional qualifications, entitlement to work, disciplinary record, credit history & salary details.

We have the appropriate facilities to test candidates for numeracy, literacy and IT skills and are licensed to carry out certain behavioural assessments.

Qualifications |

All professional qualifications are verified with the relevant body.

Referencing |
|
Verbal references are taken and a minimum of 2 written references retained on file for all temporary candidates prior to placement with you.
