Each week, Homes Consultants places numerous people in temporary jobs across the UK . Many of our temporary workers have been working on assignments with us for many years. As well as receiving regular and interesting assignments, our network of temporary employees enjoys outstanding pay rates, including holiday pay. |

How do I become a temporary employee with Homes Consultants? |
|
Simply register online and attach a copy of your most recent CV. Don't forget to specify when you are available to work. Once you have registered and an assignment becomes available, one of our consultants will be in touch to discuss the position and pay rate with you. You are under no obligation to accept the roles we propose, and it will have no impact on us contacting you for future assignments. |

How much do I get paid for temporary work? |
|
Temporary workers enjoy significantly higher pay rates than their contemporaries in the area. Our rates include holiday pay, and we are active in negotiating rates of pay in line with an employee's experience should we feel an increase is appropriate. |

Do I need to fill in timesheets? |
|
IYes. Once we have confirmed your temporary appointment, we will send you two copies of your contract, a P46 should you require one, and a timesheet with the name of your employer and the start date. You will need to send in a signed copy of the contract, and fill in your timesheet on a daily basis.
At the end of the week, make sure your supervisor signs your timesheet. You will need to fax in your timesheet to Homes Consultants by 9am each Monday to ensure you are paid. You should then send the original to Homes Consultants for our records. If we do not receive your signed timesheet by this time you may not be paid until the following week. |

How will I get paid? |
|
Providing we have received a signed timesheet by 9am Monday, you will receive a cheque by
Friday, a week in arrears. Your Tax and National Insurance deducted at source. In order for us to administrate the correct tax coding, we will need you to provide a P45, P46 or P38. If you are from overseas, you must provide copies of your working visa (if applicable) and your passport. |

What sort of temporary work do you have? |
|
Our temporary work ranges from daily to long-term assignments, both for part-time and full-time work. |

Do I have to send you my CV for temp work? |
|
Yes. You must complete an online registration form and attach your CV in order for us to commence your temporary booking. |

Do I have to let you know when I'm available to work? |
|
Yes. If you are available to work, please contact one of our consultants who can then schedule work arrangements. If you are no longer available, please notify us immediately. |
